On Monday, December 4th Hazelwood Local and Hazelwood Initiative co-presented the neighborhood’s annual Light Up Night. This year, the community enjoyed a set of activities at the Spartan Center, like photos with Santa, crafts, cookie decorating, and a tree giveaway. Following these activities, participants followed Santa and the Allderdice High School Marching Band down to the Tecumseh Street Parklet for more festive fun, and the special “light-up” moment, designed and installed by Arts Excursions Unlimited.
