Hazelwood Local brought back one of its regular series of events with Community Kitchen PGH, this time to celebrate the Tastes of Ireland for St. Patrick’s Day! Event participants learned how to make traditional Irish fare, like soda bread, cottage pie, and herb butter. Community group involveMINT and Phipps were on-hand to provide advice on how to compost food scraps, and community programs offered by Phipps. Free herbs provided by Rust Belt Natives were provided to all!
