Hazelwood Green Plaza was designed to be a civic space for all the community to enjoy. Like any park, it is free for picnics and gatherings, as well as kid and dog friendly. If you are looking to host an event at The Plaza, fill out this form and someone from our team will respond as soon as possible.

Our Hazelwood Local Directory serves as a local business directory, community bulletin, events  calendar, and powerful resource for the community while also providing helpful information for those who do not call Hazelwood home.

The Community Action Team is comprised of neighborhood stakeholders who help the Hazelwood Local team narrow down its programming plan per quarter, and helps connect the Hazelwood Local team with existing neighborhood initiatives.

Yes, there is street parking available along Lytle and Eliza Streets.

Hazelwood Green Plaza is location at the intersection of Lytle and Eliza Streets within Hazelwood Green. Hazelwood Green is accessible off of 2nd Avenue either at Hazelwood Avenue or Blair Street.
